As we celebrate International Women’s Day, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey of women in leadership, especially those who dare to step into the world of entrepreneurship. It's a journey fraught with challenges, obstacles and uncertainties...

but it is also a journey of immense courage, resilience and inspiration.

As a personal life and business strategy coach, I've had the privilege of witnessing the awe-inspiring journeys of women who dare to dream big, to lead and to own their businesses. And let me tell you, it's nothing short of breathtaking.

The challenges women face in leadership and entrepreneurship are numerous. From navigating through societal expectations to breaking through glass ceilings, every step forward often feels like a battle won. But what truly inspires me is the unwavering determination and resilience that women bring to the table.

Think about it: despite the odds stacked against them, women continue to rise, to lead and to thrive. They embody traits of resilience, empathy, adaptability and unwavering determination.
